EDUDIGITALY reserves the right to modify, update, or change any part of this agreement, including course terms, policies, pricing, at any time and without prior notice. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

💸 Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments made to EDUDIGITALY for any of its Digital Marketing courses (offline or online) are governed. By proceeding with enrollment, you agree to abide by the following policy:

🔴 No Refund Policy

All fees paid towards enrollment in any course at EDUDIGITALY are strictly non-refundable, under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Voluntary withdrawal from the course

• Missed classes or inability to attend due to personal/professional reasons

• Travel, relocation, or scheduling conflicts

• Technical issues on the user’s end (for online learners)

Once the payment is made, it is considered a commitment to join the selected batch, and no part of the fee will be refunded.

🔄 Non-Transferable Enrollment

• Enrollments are non-transferable. The paid fee is applicable only for the individual who has registered and cannot be transferred to another person or carried forward to another batch/course.

🎯 Why We Maintain a No Refund Policy

We keep limited seats per batch to ensure focused attention and quality learning. Once a seat is booked, it is blocked exclusively for the enrolled student and cannot be reallocated. As our resources are committed in advance, we are unable to offer refunds.

🗓 Batch Rescheduling by EDUDIGITALY

In rare cases, EDUDIGITALY may reschedule a batch or delay the start date by 2–3 weeks due to unavoidable circumstances. Students will be informed in advance and provided the option to attend the rescheduled batch. However, no refund will be provided under any condition.

⚖️ Jurisdiction Clause

All legal matters, disputes, or claims arising out of this agreement or related to EDUDIGITALY’s services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, only.

📄 Discretionary Exceptions

Any exception to this refund policy is at the sole discretion of EDUDIGITALY’s management. Requests must be made in writing, and approval is not implied or guaranteed.

By making a payment and enrolling in any course offered by EDUDIGITALY, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and fully understood this Refund Policy.

• You agree to be legally bound by the terms mentioned herein.

• You accept that any disputes will be resolved under Jaipur jurisdiction only.
